|  | Free delivery?
There is a minimum order of £50, but all orders are delivered free.
All orders in the following postcodes are delivered in our own vehicles.
RG1, RG2, RG3, RG4, RG5, RG6, RG7, RG8, RG9, RG10, RG12, RG14, RG18, RG19, RG20, RG21, RG22, RG23, RG24, RG25, RG26, RG27, RG29, RG30, RG31, RG40, RG41, RG42, RG45 and SL6.
If you need a Saturday delivery there is a surcharge of £20, that's because our courier company applies a surcharge to us.

We're in the middle of Reading in Berkshire, in a small pedestrianized alley called Union Street, which is known as "Smelly Alley" by Redingensians. If you'd like to visit the shop, we're between the two main shopping streets in Reading, Broad Street and Friar Street. If you head for the town centre, you are nearly there, just ask!

|  | Your delivery
Please give us a couple of days warning of when you want your delivery - fish is a hunted food and is not always conveniently available, but we can usually get it for you!
In Reading-area postcodes shown above your fish is delivered in our refrigerated vans. In other areas delivery is by overnight couriers, packed in sealed polystyrene boxes with ice packs to maintain a low temperature. It is a well-packed, clean parcel. All frozen items may thaw on overnight delivery, so should not be refrozen, although they will be cold enough to go straight into your fridge. Please let us know where you would like the parcel left if you are out. Don't forget, the parcel is clean so you can have it delivered to your workplace if that would be more convenient.
If in the unlikely event that you are not satisifed with your fish, because of the nature of the product we would require you to let us have your comments within 24 hours of receiving your fish. |
