These are frozen coley fillets (500g or 1lb 1oz), they're extremely high quality because the coley is "frozen at sea", frozen as soon as it's caught. Huss is often used in place of cod or haddock. We cut our huss from a big fish. There is a soft bone in the centre, it's easy to eat round, but none of those annoying tiny bones. It's got plenty of flavour. This is so-called "rock salmon" of the fish and chip shops. 500g.
